I had a mixed experience at Intercontinental Cairo Citystars. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made my stay enjoyable. However, I did face some issues with the dining quality and a frustrating check-in process that took way too long. Overall, I appreciated the hotel’s convenient location near the big mall, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
